Lead a team in designing guidelines to present Saturday School’s values to the public, and engage the public to want to be part of the movement for better education by donating to the Foundation.

Create a guideline in presenting the value of Saturday School to the public in a way where they will want to get involved with our organization.

Lead HR team to design leadership development framework of Saturday School’s core team volunteers and project manager and design organization’s engagement activities including revising how COE’s HR team work with each project under Saturday School’s foundation
