HR / Team Leader

Job Responsibilities

Define strategies and timeline of jobs to be done and collaborate for synergy with other teams so that the foundation are able to run efficiently.
Study, design, and present ways to develop leadership and engagement activities with the team members

Qualifications

Have an enthusiasm in people development and organization development.
Able to see a big picture and focus on creating an impactful solution.
Have experiences joining any of Saturday School’s projects.
Have basic knowledge in people development or HR (would be a plus).
