Job Responsibilities

  • Define strategies and timeline of jobs to be done and collaborate for synergy with other teams so that the foundation are able to run efficiently.
  • Study, design, and present ways to develop leadership and engagement activities with the team members

Qualifications

  • Have an enthusiasm in people development and organization development.
  • Able to see a big picture and focus on creating an impactful solution.
  • Have experiences joining any of Saturday School’s projects.
  • Have basic knowledge in people development or HR (would be a plus).
